Dating a wanna be thugged out toilet brush

First, I would like to ask for some advice, it would mean a lot. What would you do if you were dating a thugged out toilet brush?? I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for six months and it is tearing me up on the inside. I am so confused is what it is right now with me. I discovered that he has baby moma drama up the coolu and he lives with his ex-girlfriend. Now that I know the truth our relationship has gone to the toilet. I guess that why I beat myself up a bit, because I am in love with him. He has hurt me so badly with his lies and trying to play the duck in the middle. Need your advice ASAP!
